I am a Child Care Provider with extensive experience in the customer service arena. My experience working with people which has enabled be to find creative and effective ways to resolve problems. I have worked in retail, sales, administration, child care and hospitality. As an International Relations student at Rochester Institute of Technology, I developed effective written and verbal communication techniques as well as learned how to use numerous computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop and Indesign. This summer, I helped organize, declutter and pack a home. I learned how to work collaboratively using a strong attention to detail.
