I am a Chef that has worked in New York City for the past 12 years. I started my career in California at 17 doing catering and working at restaurants that were farm to table driven. In New York I have worked for a wide range of establishments from fine dining to high volume as well as catering dinner parties at private homes. I have created menus to accommodate allergy and dietary restrictions as well as utilizing the farmers market every chance I get to provide well balanced meals.
