I am an aspiring journalist, to summarize. I write a number of different mediums (creative fiction writing being a preference), however chose journalism as it can carry my photography skills along with it. I am also a photographer; I am currently experimenting with mechanisms as to create a good photo-documentation portfolio to attach to a resume one day. I can also sing, and am slowly working on learning the piano to go along with my voice. I enjoy collaboration with music and writing alike. Outside of my hobbies and skills, I have been working in the restaurant business for almost three years now. Bouncing around as a catering staff to a busser to a hostess to, now, a waitress. Alongside those jobs, I have experience in floral set-up for holidays and weddings, and being a kayak guide on the Monterey Bay (with Monterey Bay Kayaks). I have years of childcare under my belt. Starting childcare young to care for my younger sibling then her friends and then family friends. I am CPR and First Aid training certified. Both up-to-date. I'm really nice and cooperative in team settings, and do just as well in one-on-one situations.
