I am a fitness professional who enjoys teaching group fitness classes to students and seeing the impact working out and eating healthy has on them. I teach R.I.P.P.E.D. (Strength, Cardio class) & am certified to teach many fitness formats including Piyo, Beginner Yoga, Zumba & Aqua Zumba.
I am a AFAA group exercise certified instructor who enjoys teaching a variety of fitness formats. I currently teach Piyo, R.I.P.P.E.D., Zumba & beginner Yoga classes to students of all ages and skill sets.
