I understand the struggle. Most women have had a strained relationship with food at some point in their life, and I have been through all the calorie counting apps, measuring every last ingredient, restricting my meals, being unhappy with my weight, shape, and habits as far back as middle school. Through my own personal battles I’ve developed coping mechanisms and learned how to improve my relationship with food and fitness using a holistic approach. Our environment matters, and I want to help those dealing with the same issues to lead a happier, healthier life in mind, body, and spirit.
I am a certified culinary nutrition expert and holistic nutrition coach working with busy women who need guidance on living a healthier lifestyle. My specialty is helping people with new dietary restrictions transition into a nutritious and abundant way of eating, but I also work with folks who simply want to do better in the kitchen.
