I am a humble, goal oriented young lady from a beautiful island in the Caribbean called St. Vincent and the Grenadines. I moved to the US to pursue my dream of becoming a cyber-security specialist. Being a Police Officer for the past 12 years has motivated me into this field of study, as I have realized that the cyber world is both our greatest assets as well as one of our greatest threat. I am recently completed my A.A.S degree Computer Network Systems and Telecommunication at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, which I consider the beginning of journey into this interesting specialization. I also consider meeting and learning about the experiences of people within the Computer Security, and Information Assurance, Cyber Security and Forensics field very crucial to my developmental process in this specialization. Apart from being working in the computer industry I have been a part time baby sitter and also does House cleaning and is a personal assistant for a small business owner. I enjoy being with children as I have five of my own. I am a very quick leaner, I can work independently or s a team.
