Hello! My name is Katy Hoffman and I have been in the service industry for the past 7 years. During this time I have provided all FOH roles including hostessing, take away service, serving, and bar tending. I am an extremely dedicated and hard worker. I currently am teaching in Brooklyn, and have been working two jobs since I began teaching. I love interacting with people and considering waitressing my time to be an adult, and school my time to hang with the kiddos. It is such a great balance that I have created for myself.
