My name is Jeremy Schmidt, and I am a writer/comedian based out of Los Angeles. I have over 3 years of experience creating content for multiple online publications and various creative outlets. As Production Manager at a company called U-Edit Video I supported many projects by submitting written copy, both creative and technical. I have created many source documents and training manuals for multiple start-up companies including Join'em and Vinli along with maintaining up-to-date FAQs and branding language. Creatively, I have written for several blog outfits including one of my own authorship called "Mom's Spaghetti". As the host of "The Twilight Zone Zone" podcast I am responsible for creating all written materials in service of the show.

I skew funny, but received my degree for Creative Writing at the University of North Texas so I am no stranger to copy-writing and more serious journalistic pursuits. My training comes from the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, The Groundlings, Four Day Weekend (Fort Worth, TX), and the Dallas Comedy House (Dallas, TX). Through my previous company U-Edit Video I also did punch-up for various companies who outsourced VO copy and marketing initiatives to us.
