Writing was always a strength of mine growing up. After graduating from Syracuse University, I put the many writing styles he had learned to use in entertainment marketing in production. I spent several successful years of working in the entertainment industry before returning to school in order to acquire his MS Ed degrees in General Childhood Education as well as Literacy. For my thesis project, I wrote and illustrated a children's book intended as a tool for bibliotherapy. In addition to his experience as a teacher, literacy specialist, and assessment specialist, I am a freelance writer/editor and has contributed to many blogs and outlets focusing on the topics of education, entertainment, and family.
