Hello, my name is Danielle Rodriguez. I am 22 years old and have worked in the medical field for almost four years. I worked my way up from scanning and filing patient documents to assistant manager. I have learned a lot in the past four years to further my career--further than what I thought possible at this age. I often find my self in situations where opportunities are withheld from me based on my age and not my knowledge and experience.
