Bob Tate grew up on a farm in IA, then moved to Baltimore after school. From there worked for a few construction companies till he learned enough to start his own business. Through that experience, he was able to do all the work needed to make the dreams come true for the many homeowners he worked for. After moving to Philadelphia for his wife's career and having two great kids, he's using his vast background to assist people in many areas of real estate from buying, selling and building.

I'm a newer agent licensed for a yr in Pa and NJ. Worked in two different type offices one small and used a Craig Proctor system where I learned a lot however there territory was too far. I did well-signing buyer to buyers contracts with past career in sales. The second was a large nationwide firm and didn't really fit my strength. I have a strong background buying homes in doing home rehab for myself. I know how to find deals see hidden benefits and hazards. I have well-rounded sales, contacting and personal skills that make being a Real Estate agent perfect for a full-time career.
