I am professional have many advanced skills. I have 2 major degrees, the first one is B.S. Meteorology theoretical concentration along with minors in following fields Mathematics and Physic. The next degree I possessed is M.A. in History in International Relations with thesis in Weather Modification as weapon of war, up until 1979. I am very good researching information and then building an argument around those points.
