Currently, I am working for my husband at Michael Dougherty Appraisals. I am the Office Coordinator/Real Estate Licensed Appraiser. My responsibilities include: Accepting job orders, pulling public records, confirming data and typing reports. Drive around to take photos. Contact borrowers to set up appointments. Communicate with our clients via phone or email on the status of appraisals. Manage client relationships. Constantly thinking of ways to improve standard processes and procedures. In addition to my Real Estate Appraiser experience I have over five years of Technical Recruiting experience. As a Technical Recruiter I was accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with the need to think quickly and handle difficult situations successfully. I have full-life cycle experience, from recruiting, interviewing, placing and managing candidates. My excellent interpersonal skills enabled me to merge the client's requirements with the candidates skill set.
