I am a health coach and busy mom of 4 who understands that time is as precious as health. I’m an all-around normal woman who seeks to stay healthy and vital for years to come. I spent years as the athlete, but now that I’m older, I’m focused on repair, recovery, and maintenance. I love teaching and showing my clients how they can prepare healthy family-friendly meals. My specialties are weight loss, weight maintenance, pain reduction, and stress management. I hold a BS in Nutritional Science and am completing my MS in Nutrition and Wellness. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, 200-hr RYT Hatha Yoga Instructor, Pilates Mat Instructor, and MELT Hand and Foot Instructor. I believe in the holistic approach to health--appropriate exercise, sleep and recovery, and proper nutrition. I also believe that everyone is different and unique and that there is no "one size fits all" approach to health.
