I have always had a passion for sports and fitness. Having played basketball most of my life, playing for Abington High School and recreationally at West Chester University where I received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing. I enjoy challenging myself, having completed a sprint distance triathlon and having competed in local races such as the Broad Street Run, the Philadelphia Rock-N-Roll, Love Run Half Marathons and The Philadelphia Marathon. I attained a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a focus on Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention from California University of Pennsylvania while working in the field as a Personal Trainer. I have been working in the Fitness Industry for ten years as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor training various clients including children, athletes and seniors. Having obtained N.A.S.M. Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise Specialist certifications, I am confidently able to help people reach their full athletic potential safely and effectively. Furthermore, I am a Certified Mat Pilates instructor regularly teaching Mat Pilates classes for the last 3 years, which is a great compliment in helping individuals reach their health, fitness, and wellness goals.
