My resume
I am a 24 year old who is working on helping individuals, and their families, that are struggling with chronic illnesses learn to manage their lives and guide them through their "new normal." Helping them through the challenges ahead of them makes every single day worth it. Since I was young I knew I wanted to help people and study their ways of thinking. Now, I have my Bachelors Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis and I am working towards receiving my Masters Degree in the Science of Clinical Psychology- Mental Health Counseling. I utilize the skills I have been taught to connect with individuals and build an understanding of what their true needs are. My motivation to help and make a difference stems from my chronic kidney disease diagnosis in 2014. Both my family and I are still learning ways to cope with the life changes that are being made. No matter how bad things may get, I know that I am capable of turning you into a warrior and supporting you in any way I can.
