Food is my life and my passion, I live, and breathe FOOD! I've been a chef here in New York City for 6 years, graduated from The Institute of Culinary Education. Recently participated in The Food Networks Chopped, great experience was told I cooked like a chopped champ. Have worked in many places from quick services spots like TGI Friday's to Fine Dining and Top Chefs like Marc Forgione of Marc Forgione and JJ Johnson of The Cecil & Minton's. Great knowledge of different cooking techniques and cuisines. Dinner with me is like traveling to your favorite destination, I like my diners to fell the love, and experience the most out of they're food and cant forget about the wine! I'm all about impeccable service and giving the diner the meal and experience they will never forget and keep them coming back for more. My forte is mostly elevated comfort food, taking my African American roots and making traditional soul food different also taking my Korean roots and intertwining the two. Growing up in the Bay Area, California being inspired by all the different types of cuisines I grew up on Latin/Spanish, Caribbean, Indian, African, etc I love to mash up different cuisine and make it one, make it my own. I like to say i'm serving up International Goodness!
