Hi everyone! My background as a service provider is pretty wide and is continuing to grow. I'm a Sports/Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Mat Pilates instructor, and I conduct guided mediations/imagery. I also work with healing herbs and essential oils for various holistic hearings. As far as training goes, I tailor each session according to client and goals each person is seeking. A lot of the focus starts with how an individual moves with day to day normal movements. I start with simple assessments and build from that. There's always going to be some kind of functional movement, flexibility, and core work as well as a program designed around specific goals whether it's weight loss, toning, strength, agility, and flexibility it will be created personally for you. As far as Massage Therapy goes, I'm trained in Swedish and Neuromuscular. I combine the two for a balanced session both relaxing and therapeutic. If you are like most with neck, shoulder, and back pain then I am that person who will get it out and get you feeling amazing again! About me personally-- I've been training pretty much my entire life. Different types of weight training included. I'm an endurance athlete and boxer. I've completed countless races including the 5 boroughs series several times, and 2 NYC marathons 2015 and 2016. Running not only is much favorite sport, but a way for me to let go and reset myself. I'm also a 20+ years yogi. I am continously learning in this field so I can provide as much as I can to help others. As far as what the cost of each session is, it depends on the service.
