Thank you in advance for taking a look at me. Most of my career has been as an Executive Chef. I hold the highest hotel industry certification in food and beverage which incorporates culinary, logistics, human resource, P&L and management skills. I have held every position in kitchens both large and small including 7 years as chef/owner of my own 3 and 4 start restaurants in Baltimore, MD. I am creative producing products that are both familiar and slightly different and others that are completely new. I draw from the local and exotic. I am sensitive to both trends and concerns. As a caterer I have organized and produced events on and off site for groups as small as 2 and as large as multiple thousands in multiple locations. I have produced events in venues far afield from my comfort zone including sporting venues, mountain passes, fields and buildings under construction. Stratford University lists me as adjunct faculty where I have introduced students to both culinary and service skills. I am ServSafe and TIPS certified as well as holding Food Service Managers’ Licenses for NOVA, PG and Howard Counties’.
