Hello, my is Sashawna, but you can call me Liz ( short for Elizabeth). I was born on the beautiful island of Jamaica in the West Indies. I grew up eating from the farm to the table, everything we ate we knew exactly where it came from. I graduated from Culinary school with my bachelors in Culinary Arts/ Hospitality. I currently work as an Executive chef for Compass Group, the top food service company in the world. I have a passion for what I do because I love the reaction I get when someone is enjoying a dish that I created. I don't have one favorite cuisine or style of cooking, because I love anything that is fresh, looks appealing to the eye and taste amazing!
