I am a Chef by profession, most of my experiences are as Pastry chefs. but I have good experiences as all rounder. when I started my carrier as a cook I had the opportunity to get my hands on all the positions in the kitchen which is great that i had to learn all the positions required knowledge and skills needed to perform the job well. my last recent years spent as Ex. Pastry Chef in well known Restaurants in Manhattan such as Cafeteria NYC, Park Avenue Seasons(Winter/Spring/Summer/Autumn), Hurricane Club. I am very passionate about cooking.
