• Work with fellow designers on Wayfinding projects for MBTA clients. • Restore historical photographs and blow them up for display purposes using Photoshop. • Welcome visitors and guide them to their proper conference rooms for meetings and presentations. • Resolve and organize MBTA complaints, requests and reports. • Take high quality photographs of damaged signs/maps and file for immediate restoration. • Review and correct system maps before sending out for final print and production. • Design and produce marketing materials.
