Hello! I am Rayann. I have a Bachelor's in English and a Bachelor's in Political Science both from California Baptist University. I also attended the paralegal program at USD. I have worked as a substitute teacher, in fast food, in retail, and am currently working on a grocery store deli. I have done everything from scrubbing bathrooms to prepping chickens to teaching letters to 1st graders. I can write a wonderful essay, make forty sandwiches or draft a legal document. I love customer service, I have spent twenty years in the customer service industry and still find joy in service. As the mother of two toddlers I have learned the value of patience and how important it is to laugh at life and that all jobs are important. I am skilled in customer service, training employees, food safety, cashiering, teaching and tutoring, writing and proofreading, listening, storytelling, legal documents, cleaning, wrangling small children, cash handling, and humor.
