Hello! My name is Peggy Perna, and I'm here to cook for you! Whether it's date night or a party, I'm your gal. I have worked in the restaurant industry since 2012, and attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. While there, I explored the fundamental skills necessary to be a chef, as well as a la carte, high volume, and catering techniques. I also attended a ServSafe certification class, and received my certification with a score of 91. Through my work experiences, I have knowledge of pizza making, Italian and Asian cuisines, fried foods, and the perfectly grilled burgers and steaks. I am happy to work together to create the perfect menu for your event and will work with you to deliver high quality food on any budget. I look forward to working with you!
