Patricia has been practicing yoga since 2011. While she first approached her practice as purely physical, she has found deeper meaning and liberation in the spiritual aspects of yoga. With over 400 hours of training experience, Patricia creates thoughtful sequences which introduce bits of yogic philosophy and meditation techniques. Students of hers can enjoy a sweet and soulful vinyasa flow with emphasis on alignment and breath work. While Patricia goes wherever yoga calls, she is most often found teaching in community centers and arts programs in her community of Southeast Queens which is still grossly underserved in health and wellness. Patricia is dedicated to sharing her love of yoga with all people and strives to make yoga accessible for everyone.
