I am bilingual with experience in hospitality and food industry. Assistant in managing and enforcing state requirements and policies for health and safety codes. Therefore keeping up with a clean restaurant was not a skill I acquired walking in my first day. Throughout my years of working I learned the details to look for in cleaning the restroom, lobby , kitchen, office, parking lot, walk in fridges and freezers. Cleaning and sanitizing certain machinery took training to ensure the knowledge of taking apart the machines to clean in areas unable to be reached without doing so would have the ability in putting machinery back together. I am aware of certain surfaces and material to not be used with certain chemicals contained in cleaning supplies. I am a very rapidly growing type of worker so when shown something I am not familiar with I usually master and teach what has been taught to me to others in need of training. I have been an asset to all past employers but with becoming a single mother of two my dedication has somewhat merged into my responsibilities as a mother. I have decided to gradually return to work on simply my free time and hopefully transition my life back into a balance of working and being a mother slowly and surely.
