I am a culinary/hospitality professional. I have worked for 5 star chefs, world renowned hospitality companies and in some of the best hotels in Philadelphia, Atlantic City and NYC. I am a great server, fast and efficient bartender, seasoned line cook and have managed in all those capacities as well. I graduated from the Restaurant School in '94 and have done nothing else since then...except when I had my son 6 years ago. I did slow down somewhat after that, but now that he is in school full time, I am more than ready to get back out there. I miss it. I love it. And my work speaks for itself.
