i am a yoga instructor who works in the old school style of what was once called yoga therapy. My facilitating of the Phoenix Rising Session is what makes your experience unique. I am not teaching you anything that you (or your body doesn't already know). When we are supported and the space is held for you to have a safe experience, the wisdom of the body works its way out. It is an incredible journey in about 75 minutes where you are the most relaxed while being gently guided into easy yoga postures. The dialogue that you may share with me is repeated back to you so that you may hear your own words and creative wisdom. I am a fitness enthusiasts but my heart belongs to yoga and my soul to pilates.
