Pretty much experienced in almost anything that has to do with the hospitality and food industry. Been doing it since 16 from my small local Dunkin Donuts to giants like Starbucks also did management for them! Then moved into some hostessing, waitressing in diners, fine dining restaurants and catering large parties of over 1,000 people. Did some bartending for a while as well but my passion is for coffee! Absolutely love everything about it from the science of it to the mechanics of the job!
