I have worked in the service industry for ten years as a bartender and fine dinning server. I am literate in micros, positouch, aloha, squirrel, breadcrumb, and opentable. I have vast knowledge on old world and new world wines including grape veriatales, and different regions. I can jigger pour or count pour. My count pours are spot on and I know how to make all classic cocktails and have cocktails of my own that have been well recieved.
