My resume

  • I know how to get things done

Hello. My name is Michael Crespo. I am a native New Yorker, lived most of my life in the Bronx, am currently living in Woodside, Queens. I am the son of Puerto-Rican immigrants, currently very happily married am the father of two boys ages 10 and 5. Years ago I studied to work in the computer field and did that for a while. Soon after, I switched careers and studied to be a Paralegal. I worked for various law firms that specialized in different areas of the law. I started with a criminal law firm, then worked for a number of personal injury law firms, then a commercial law firm. I took a break for a few years and worked as a phys ed teacher for a private school. I left that to return to working in the law but that position did not last. I would say that my greatest asset is adaptability. I have been able to go from one profession to another and thrive. I have superb organizational skills. I pride myself on being able to figure out how to get things done. I enjoy working with others, speaking Spanish with my fellow Latino colleagues, and giving back to my community. I am not afraid of hard work even if it is physically hard work. No matter what it is that I do, I like people to say, "Wow, you did a good job!" If you think I possess any skills that might be useful to you and are willing to offer a fare and decent wage, then I want to work for you. Michael Crespo
