I have been in the service industry for ~15 years now, behind the bar for about half of that. These past few years I've been focused on craft aspects and spirit knowledge. Classics are well ingrained and am equipped with a plethora of go-to concoctions sure to please any level of guest. I was raised in Seattle then spent 10 years in Miami before moving to the city.
