I am a Personal Trainer, Pilates and Yoga Instructor in Philadelphia. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. I hold a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiolgy from Temple University. I am a former professional dancer trained in Ballet and Modern dance. I love to stay on the cutting edge and study fitness and wellness throughout the world. My goal is to help people feel better and look better. I teach a variety of classes including total body conditioning boot camps and yoga Pilates fusion. I love Reggae music, cats and eating Mexican food.
