She encourages her students to discover and deepen ways of engaging through empowerment, healing and inner peace. Her teaching style incorporates the mind/body health approach and emphasizes on creating happiness through self-love and awareness. She is a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation teacher and a Registered Yoga Instructor (200RYT).
