I've been cooking professionally for more than sixteen years. From resorts and hotels to restaurants, bakeries, homes and private yachts. I have seen and done just about everything! I trained as a pastry chef and transitioned to the culinary field about ten years ago. Philadelphia; specifically Chestnut Hill, has been my home for the past seven years and I couldn't be happier in this city! I started up my own business called Kitchens Lane five years ago, and I've had great success catering to the specific needs of high-end clientele. I currently have several openings to schedule new families in northwest Philadelphia.
