Exhilarating guests with passion and enthusiasm are attributes that have been instilled in me from early on. As the eldest son of an award winning executive chef, my siblings and I learned early on how to effectively entertain guests. One could say that being hospitable is the family business. To me it’s more like tradition. Throughout my journey as a service professional, I’ve carried with me one simple philosophy. That you should treat every guest at your bar or table the same as a guest at your own home. Add some craftsmanship, attention to detail, along with a simple smile and you will be surprised how far that will take you. I have several years of experience working with various chef driven kitchens and farm to table restaurants in the Atlanta area in the capacity of bartender/mixologist, lead bartender/mixologist, as well as a stint as bar manager. I also have a vast knowledge of food pairings with varietals from different regions, craft beers, and hand crafted cocktails. I recently relocated back to LA last spring and I would love the opportunity to share my passion, enthusiasm and expertise with the faithful patrons of an organization that shares my philosophy.
