My background includes working in banking, several hotels, two major airlines, and several restaurants over the past 20 years. I have and display an expressed interest in the field of hospitality, be it in food and beverage in a front of the house position or in customer service, utilizing many years of acquired experience and exhibiting my essential attributes. I continue to expand my knowledge and skill set. I am passionate about learning about the ins and outs of the Food and Beverage industry, with the hopes of fulfilling a dream of owning my own business that caters to the needs to the savvy diner.
