I have been working with hospitality since age 17, in 2009, for a variety of catering companies and recently restaurants. Passions include organic farming, culinary, wines and mixology. I plan on specializing in the field of hospitality, food, wines and spirits, in addition to psychology. I’m a dedicated individual with high standards of quality. I believe in my talent and value at the field of hospitality. In addition to my desire of working in the industry and learning from the best, a personal interest in wines, cocktails and cuisine, I’ve always seen customers as means in themselves and not to a means to an end. I try to give them my best and control the environment and guide them through a beautiful experience. I consider one of my best assets the capacity to use critical thinking to find a situation’s best possible solution seamlessly. In addition to that, I have a proactive and tireless atittude, which paired with my concern with excellence, leads me to think ahead and anticipate needs, work industriously and set up for success. I’m also very upbeat, welcoming, and ultimately compromised to customer service. At Botequim and extending to my personal life, I love creating exciting twists on classic cocktails, using unique infusions, cordials, fresh culinary ingredients, which I was proud to serve at friendly reunions and for customers at the restaurant. At La Lanterna & Bar Nexr Door, it’s live jazz venue, I’ve learned to work the floor by myself at a fast pace, while accommodating guests and musicians on a very intimate environment, making sure every guest was able to fully enjoy the experience, while efficiently yet cordially and gracefully communicating with guests who were causing some disturbance, as was imperative in that establishment.
