Hi I go by Eddie I am a chef from Nyc I provide small intimate dinner party's my style is korean/Asian cuisine with French technique .i can do 3 course or 5 course smaller dish. I also provide weekly meal plans I can come by your home every other day and make either 6 meals for 2 days or 4 meals every 2 days with easy to use finishing instructions I can provide a resume and back ground of restaurants and caterers I have work for upon request
