Diane Hain has over 20 years of bookkeeping expertise working with home based, small, and mid-sized businesses. She has an AA Degree in Business Administration from Frederick Community College. She is certified by the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and a member of the National Association of Bookkeepers. Servicing small business clients for short and long term bookkeeping projects, specializing in account reconciliation to produce journal entries and clean up errors in order that bank accounts properly reconcile and correct financial statements may be produced. I do sales and use taxes, payroll and payroll taxes for some clients. I also perform full charge bookkeeping through trial balance, including A/R, A/P, and collections. The software I use includes QuickBooks, Peachtree, Sage ERP 300 (formerly Sage ERP Accpac 500), Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
