Four years ago, I decided to use my passion for fitness to help people. For the past three years, I've been training people at various levels of fitness. The goals have ranged from toning up for a wedding, to continuing exercise after physical therapy. Each client gets a personalized training program, including cardio, strength-training, core training, and stretching. I combine yoga and pilates movements to help my clients accomplish their goals.
