I have been working for the last fourteen years as an Architect and Architectural Interior Designer. My responsibilities include developing schematic designs, plan layouts, construction documents, material selections and drafting. In this capacity I was charged with following schematic design to project completion while strictly adhering to project time line. I also possess eight years of diverse experience in architecture gained from challenging and fulfilling work as Project Architect and Freelance Architect in USA, Spain, Italy and Dominican Republic where I was instrumentally involved in all the architecture process from concept to completion. As project Architect in a Corporation I developed projects that met marketing objectives of establishing a corporate-architectural image that was applied to make their buildings distinctive and rent able for commercial proposes. As a independent Architect I worked closely with clients to ensure that the design solutions they selected were truly reflective of their needs. The scope of work performed includes a variety of institutional, health care, residential, retail, commercial, hospitality, and recreational facilities.
