I am a CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified IT technician with experience in many areas of technical support. Experience includes software and hardware bilingual customer support in English and Spanish. Areas of strength include but are not limited to PC assembly, maintaining and repairing hardware, troubleshooting software, upgrades, networking and operating system installations. I have work in several of operating systems including Windows XP/Vista/7/8, Windows Server 2008, and Linux. Possess strong individual and team-oriented skills and willing to work on-call, rotating shifts, off hours and local travel to clients’ sites.
