I offer remote and virtual sessions/services for my clients through use of a variety of tools and techniques (CBT, meditation practices, healthy boundaries, and motivational interviewing) to help promote a more positive and healthy life, relationship, and/or well-being. Along with Life Coaching, I have professionalized many other clerical/admin skills.
I have much experience in the coaching profession, with a few specific topics ranging from Mental Health Issues to day-to-day personal stumbling blocks. I also have experience in setting personal goals and plans, as well as helping my clients navigate through any hurdles that may arise along the way. I also have many other non related skills that can be of service to others.
