Angela and I have always worked in restaurants. Between the two of us we have over 30 combined years of experience. We both went to culinary school and share the same deep-seated passion for noodles/pasta dishes from all over the world. She is currently the pasta cook for the 2016 Best New Restaurant in America and is an expert when it comes to pasta. For the last year we have been perfecting many different pasta/noodle recipes during the late night hours as well as days off (evidence of these can be found on our Instagram page TastyNoods ).
